Jessica's Courtyard is one half of the charming Garden House. It offers 1,000 sq. ft. of living space and includes two guest rooms, a living room with built-ins full of books from all over the world, a sunroom overlooking the courtyard garden, a full kitchen and a bath with a Jacuzzi tub. One bedroom has a canopied Queen-size bed while the other boast a King-size bed.

The decor is in the Williamsburg style with many Chippendale reproductions and antiques. It has a beautifully landscaped Charleston-style private courtyard garden surrounded by a 6-foot brick wall and features a unique water fountain. A full breakfast can be enjoyed at the Inn or with prior arrangements can be delivered to your cottage door. A TV/DVD player and wi-fi provide modern comforts.
