The Garden House is made up of two separate 1,000 sq. ft. living spaces -- The Secret Garden and Jessica's Courtyard. It is located on the south side of the main house where the mansion's original gardens and grape arbor existed at the turn-of-the-century. Cindy and Joe purchased the Garden House in 1996 and completed renovations in August of 1998. Each area includes two guest rooms, a sitting room with TV and VCR, a private telephone line, a sunroom overlooking the courtyard garden, a full kitchen and a bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The decor is in the Williamsburg style with many Chippendale reproductions and antiques. Each living space has a beautifully landscaped Charleston-style private courtyard garden that is surrounded by a 6-foot brick wall and features a unique water fountain.
