Below you will find a list of our current rates for our various rooms and cottages. ASK US ABOUT OUR SPECIAL RATES for midweek stays, extended stays and corporate travel.  For information and reservations call (352) 375-6653. Long distance callers, please call our toll-free number for reservations only (800) 201-2379. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

• Check-in from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.; call for late arrival instructions.

• Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

• Cottages MAY require a two-night minimum stay. Children and pets are welcome at some of our cottages with prior approval.
  

• We have a seven-day cancellation policy, requiring a one-night penalty for cancellations made less than seven days ahead. 
  

• We have a no smoking policy inside our Inn and Cottages. For your safety, fire sprinklers are located throughout the Inn and fire alarms are located throughout the Cottages.
  

Prices for our cottages include a full breakfast and a kitchen stocked with the basics. Cottages MAY require a two-night minimum stay.

One bedroom (Queen bed), fireplace, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace, separate sitting room, second story, 600 sq. ft., wraparound balcony overlooking two gardens. Perfect for honeymooners. Carriage House	$275 per night
One or Two bedrooms (one Queen bed and one Double bed), one bathroom, fireplace in living room, front and back open porches with large yard. Some pets OK. Miss Huey's Cottage	$200-255 per night
One or Two bedrooms (one Queen bed and two Twin beds), one bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, living room, sunroom and private courtyard. Jessica's Courtyard	$200-$255 per night
One or Two bedrooms (one Queen bed and two Twin beds), one bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, living room, sunroom and private courtyard. Secret Garden	$200-$255 per night
One or two bedrooms (Queen beds) and one or two bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub), fireplace, large living space, kitchen, open porch overlooking gardens. Can be split into three separate rental areas called Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg. Sugar Plum Cottage	$190-$380
One bedroom (Queen bed), one bathroom with large walk-in shower, living room, kitchen and private garden. Beth's Courtyard	$190
Two or three bedrooms (two Queen beds, two twin beds) and one or two bathrooms, large living space, front and back open porches with garden access. Great for two couples with kids. Key Lime Cottage	$280-$350
